At FILMSZ. it's all about exposure, experience and developing your skills in a safe, motivated environment. We make short films and individual scenes — purely to grow and strengthen each other.

Period
There is no fixed term — you can join at any time. We work based on availability per project. So, are you a bit busier for a while, or perhaps super free? We simply adjust to that. Everything revolves around motivation, communication, and commitment.

Camera operators
Boom operators / sound
Assistant Directors
Script supervisors
Art & set design
Editors / color grading
Visual artists / graphic design
Lighting technology
Production / organization
Social media / behind the scenes content creators

And actually… just anyone who wants to contribute to film productions.
