August, 1991 is an independent coming-of-age drama about growing up, first love, and the uncertainties that come with it. The story follows a group of young people during a summer in which friendships change, feelings are discovered, and reality does not always turn out to be what it seems.

For "August, 1991," we are still looking for an actor for the role of Giorgio, the father of the main character Luca. We are looking for someone aged 38 to 52.

Giorgio is an artistic, gentle, and wise man. For Luca, he is an important role model and a stable, loving presence in his life.

We are looking for someone who:
• Can act naturally and credibly.
•Can show emotional depth.
• Feels comfortable in an intimate, character-driven coming-of-age.
•Is available for the filming days.

Experience is welcome, but not required. We consider talent, motivation, and a strong connection to the character to be the most important.

Period
Filming is scheduled between the 10th and the end of August.
