I am building a creative team to write, produce and release one original social media skit every day with the aim of creating a viral account.

I want to create hilarious, thought-provoking, substance filled, ridiculous content!

The goal is to build a massive audience, test our ideas and create a platform through which we can launch future projects.

My name is Hassibullah Kushkaki. I am a filmmaker and founder of Dolly Llama Productions. I have made a feature film and more than 30 short films. Now it is time to put that experience to work and market ourselves.

What we offer
I have this vision of creating a lasting creative partnership, not just bringing people together for one project at a time.

I believe the talent is already out there. All that is needed to unlock it is the right team. Writers, actors, editors and producers who are committed to their craft, believe in each other and are willing to build an audience together.

No one would be helping to build somebody else's platform. We would be building it together, and everyone should be rewarded for the part they play.

Once the team is set, whatever the channel generates would be shared equally across its four creative pillars. This is the structure I am currently thinking:

The exact structure would be discussed and agreed upon together. The goal is for everyone to feel genuine ownership over what we create and what it could become.

Creatives who are willing to invest their time for a cause they believe in! I am looking for people who understand and believe in the power of creating a viral account and the potential it can bring to everyone involved.

We are looking for:

• 1 to 2 writers
• 3 to 4 actors
• 1 to 2 editors

Period
Ongoing collaboration, beginning as soon as the team is selected.

Writers meet once or twice a week. Actors meet once a week for a four-to-five-hour batch shoot. Editors can work remotely once the workflow is established.

I want to create a content machine filled with absurdity, laughter, and that challenges the status quo at the same time!

Job requirements / profile
Writers:

Attend one or two weekly writing sessions lasting one to two hours. Develop short, engaging skits and recurring concepts.

Actors:

Attend one weekly four-to-five-hour shoot in Rotterdam. Perform multiple skits during each batch production session.

Editors:

Edit short-form vertical videos for social media. Attend initial workflow sessions, then work remotely according to an agreed schedule.
