For the new season of this hit series, we are looking for a Production Manager (our internal job title is Producer) who will be part of the series, produced in collaboration with Haegens Media. Do you not shy away from a challenge, are you creative, and do you possess a healthy dose of humor?

Where do your talents lie?
You have experience as a producer, assistant production manager, or production manager in the field of fiction;
You are results-oriented, keep deadlines firmly in sight, and are able to perform well under time pressure;
You are talented at maintaining an overview and enjoy creating schedules and keeping track of them in detail;
You can work both in a team and independently;
You communicate clearly and coordinate proactively, even remotely, so that everyone within the production team remains well-informed;
You are cost-conscious and know how to find creative solutions within budget;
You are in possession of your driver's license.
You are willing to work on location in Limburg for approximately six weeks.

What we offer
The internal job title is Producer. In accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Broadcasting Personnel, this position is classified in scale G. The offered salary depends on age and experience and ranges between €3,450 and a maximum of €4,200 per month for a full-time employment of 36 hours.

We offer an employment contract for 36 hours per week; initially, this concerns a contract from January 2027 through July 2027.

Job requirements / profile
As Production Manager, you are involved in the entire process of the series: pre-production, filming days (partly in Limburg), post-production, up to the final delivery.

You negotiate with actors' management and make arrangements with crew members and locations (which you also scout yourself).
You record agreements in contracts and monitor the correct administrative processing and compliance with the agreements made.
You organize the fittings, site visits, and the breakdown;
You set up the shooting schedule in Fuzzle, check and discuss it with the director, first assistant, art, costume, and make-up;
You monitor the production budget throughout the entire process, process financial commitments, and flag any deviations in a timely manner. Additionally, you provide input for forecasts and financial reports.
You create transport schedules and ensure tight logistical organization on set;
You also create call sheets, arrange accommodation for cast and crew, and coordinate the logistics surrounding the loading and delivery of the filmed material.
In short: a versatile and dynamic role.
