What we offer
In addition to a pleasant and educational workplace, we offer an employment contract for 36 hours per week; initially, this is a contract effective immediately and running until November 30, 2026.

The position is classified in scale F, in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Broadcasting Personnel.

The salary depends on education and experience and ranges within this scale between €3,033 and €3,350 per month for a full-time employment of 36 hours.

Job requirements / profile
Activities
You assist with daily operations, scheduling shooting days and arranging all associated production matters such as props, catering, etc. You create the call sheet and ensure smooth logistics. You coordinate the editing process, keeping a close eye on deadlines. Additionally, you monitor (sub)budgets, identify underruns and overruns in a timely manner, propose solutions, and discuss these with the producer/production manager. You make agreements with freelancers and record these agreements in a contract.

You are stress-resistant and capable of working both independently and in collaboration with colleagues;
You are willing to work outside office hours as well.
You are creative & enthusiastic and have a good sense of humor.
You have experience as a production assistant
You are in possession of a driver's license.
