The Promise follows Ode, a detective who struggles to show emotions and throws herself completely into her work. She keeps the people around her at a distance, including her cousin Fela, with whom she has canceled several appointments at the last minute.

When Ode finally decides to keep their appointment, she arrives too late: Fela has been murdered.

As Ode searches for the truth behind her cousin's death, the case becomes increasingly personal. Can she solve the murder as she would handle any other case—rationally and with composure—or does she lose herself along the way?

Description
I am looking for a producer who:

- Has experience with grant applications, budgets, and production planning;
- Preferably already has experience producing fiction;
- Has an affinity with the thriller, crime, and action genres;
- Can contribute practical and creative ideas regarding the feasibility and development of the project;
- Is available to work together towards a target filming period in the summer of 2027.

Period
I don't have a precise date yet. I want to start filming in the summer; I am assuming the period June/July/August 2027.

Job requirements / profile
- Contributing ideas regarding the production approach of the film.
- Drafting and monitoring the budget.
- Preparing and submitting fund and grant applications.
- Drawing up and monitoring the production schedule.
- Search for and arrange suitable locations together with me.
- Coordinating practical and production matters surrounding the shooting days.
- Contribute ideas regarding the composition of the crew and cast where necessary.
- Maintain an overview of the production from pre-production to completion.
