PEX Detachering is organizing a small-scale business recording day for PEX Academy on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at the World Trade Center Rotterdam. During this afternoon, we will record approximately nine short videos with presenters and professionals from the social sector.

What we offer
A paid and clearly defined assignment within a small-scale business video production. You will work with the organizer, an interviewer/creative supervisor, and a professional videographer. The schedule and necessary forms are prepared in advance.

The fixed fee amounts to €175 excluding VAT, including the brief preliminary briefing. Reasonable travel expenses are reimbursed separately. Payment is made upon receipt of an invoice.

Description
We are looking for a reliable, hospitable, and practical production assistant/host who welcomes participants, monitors the schedule and flow, and assists with administrative tasks. Experience with productions, events, hospitality, or reception is welcome, but not necessary.

Period
The assignment takes place on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at the World Trade Center Rotterdam, Beursplein 37. You should be present from approximately 1:30 PM to 7:30 PM. We will schedule a short telephone briefing beforehand to review the schedule, forms, and working methods.

Job requirements / profile
You welcome the participants, offer them something to drink, and help with coats and bags where necessary. You check names and contact details, have agreements and consent forms signed, and verify that they are fully completed.

You escort participants to the recording location on time, monitor the schedule, and welcome them after the recording. Upon departure, you verify that agreements regarding the invoice or receipt, payment, follow-up contact, and the receipt of their own video have been recorded.

We are looking for someone who is presentable and has strong communication skills, handles forms and personal data accurately, remains calm during changes, and is available throughout the entire afternoon and evening. Technical camera experience is not required.
