From audio description and subtitles to dubbing and sign language — we make content accessible to the widest possible audience. And we could really use your help with that.

Someone who thrives on planning, switching gears, organizing, and collaborating. Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, enjoys a dynamic environment, and doesn't easily lose track when five things demand their attention at once.

Job requirements / profile
As an Accessible Media Project Manager, you maintain an overview. You assign the right people to work and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as agreed. Sometimes it's a puzzle — but that is exactly what makes it fun.

You work on multiple productions simultaneously. One day you arrange the accessibility of a new theatrical film, the next day the dubbing of a VR game.

In concrete terms, this means:

• Managing projects related to audio description, subtitling, dubbing, and sign language.
• Maintain contact with producers, filmmakers, distributors, and other clients.
• Create and monitor schedules: what needs to happen when and by whom?
• Organizing daily traffic and QC — the right files, versions, and feedback at the right time in the right place.
• Liaising between production partners and ensuring everyone knows what is expected.
• Monitor deadlines, quality, and budgets.
• Quotations, purchasing, and financial settlement of projects.
• Identify bottlenecks before they become problems — and solve them.
• Contributing ideas for smarter, more efficient processes.
