For my short fiction series BLUEPRINT, I am looking for a sound engineer and a MUAH artist to complete our small team.

BLUEPRINT is set in 2002 and is about Jill, a young woman who, on paper, has everything she should want: a happy relationship, a good job, and a clear vision of the future. When she discovers she is pregnant, she begins to wonder if the life laid out for her is actually the life she wants.

The series deals with expectations surrounding femininity, beauty, maturing, and the 'perfect' life. Visually, it becomes a bit Y2K, a bit arthouse, and a bit absurd.

I make the series myself and handle the concept, styling, and set design, among other things. We work with a small and enthusiastic team and are creating this project out of a love for film and the need to simply make something of our own.

You are responsible for recording the sound during the filming days. There is room for someone who enjoys contributing ideas regarding the atmosphere and sound of the series.

MUAH
For MUAH, we are looking for someone who has a feel for early 2000s beauty, but doesn't want to approach this as a costume. Natural, well-groomed, sometimes just a little over the top — fitting for Jill and her different versions of herself.
