Film and television producers JOCO Media and Nijenhuis & Co are immediately looking for a proactive and socially skilled secretarial/administrative employee (m/f/x).
The companies work closely together under one roof on films and television series with roots in Dutch culture, such as Verliefd op Bali, De Beentjes van Sint-Hildegard, De Luizen Moeder, Onze Jongens, and De Piraten van Hiernext.

You support the administrative department with booking invoices and other administrative work. You are the calling card of our organization. You are the first point of contact, both on the telephone and by e-mail and when personally receiving guests at our office.

Job requirements / profile
- You handle various administrative activities, such as entering invoices;
- You arrange facility matters in and around the office;
- You manage mailboxes and calendars in Google Workspace;
- You manage stock, place orders and provide lunch;
- You organize drinks every now and then and can come up with original gifts.

Who are we looking for:
- You have an MBO education in a secretarial/administrative field or demonstrable work experience in an administrative position;
- You have passion and enthusiasm for organizing, service and provision of services;
- You have experience with booking invoices, knowledge of Accountview is an advantage;
- You like to roll up your sleeves and can switch quickly;
- You have a friendly and open character.
