Voicebooking is the world's most valued platform for everything around voice-over production, video localization and podcasting. We have clients in over 70 countries and work for content producers, advertising agencies and the in-house production units of Spotify, Hello Fresh and Boti Global. In addition to the Voicebooking brand, we work with the labels Smartpodcasting, Coact.ly and we have a Voice AI service that has users in literally every country in the world.

The Voicebooking team consists of 11 people and has an international composition. We speak Dutch and English in the office but also feel like a real Amsterdam company, with the associated transparency and directness. And we always look at how things can be smarter, faster and more beautiful.

What you tell your friends about your job

“My clients create content for which we provide the right voices, scripts, translations, audio design and such. Even if they ask for 10 languages at the same time, we arrange it worry-free and quickly.”

What are you going to do?

Together with your colleagues from the booking and sales team, you are the linchpin of the company. Projects and emails come in via the site every day. You take on such projects, negotiate the budget where necessary and consult with the voice-over or audio freelancer. Because the voice-overs and clients are all over the world, it can sometimes be a bit of a puzzle: time differences and cultural differences require creative solutions. In the meantime, there is enough variety, you try to build a good relationship with the clients and are closely involved in the onboarding of new clients. You work a few days from our office in Amsterdam and also a few days from home.

Job requirements / profile
Who are you?

You have experience in sales or service-oriented work, for example in retail, e-commerce, hospitality or at a helpdesk. Or you are naturally super service- and sales-oriented. You think helping customers in the right way is the best thing there is. And you are handy and fast with software and systems. Experience with voice-overs, video content, sound studios or in the media is of course great, but you have something with spoken communication in any case. You speak and write excellent Dutch and English. The busier it gets, the more you like it, because you are a real multitasker. In addition, you have an eye for detail and you like to follow and improve processes well. You are a good negotiator and get a kick out of a good deal.
