Description
We are looking for a creative, customer-friendly and technically skilled Studio Cameraman Greenscreen who specializes in virtual production. In this role you will be responsible for capturing high-quality images in our greenscreen studio and applying advanced techniques to bring virtual productions to life.

Tasks and responsibilities:
Setting up, operating and maintaining camera equipment in a green screen environment.

Creating visually appealing shots with a focus on lighting and composition, aligned with virtual production workflows.

Integrating Unreal Engine (and other tools) into the production environment to generate virtual sets and backgrounds.

Calibrate and synchronize cameras with motion tracking systems for real-time compositing.

Supporting shootings that use augmented reality (AR) and mixed reality (MR).

Accurate monitoring of image quality and consistency during and after the shoot.

Technical troubleshooting and maintenance of the green screen studio and peripheral equipment.

Job requirements / profile
Experience:
Minimum 3 years experience as a cameraman in a professional studio environment.

Technical skills:
Expertise in setting up and operating professional camera equipment (such as Blackmagic).
Experience with green screen shooting and techniques such as chroma keying.
Knowledge of Unreal Engine (virtual production, real-time rendering, and virtual sets).
Experience with motion tracking systems and real-time compositing (such as Vicon, OptiTrack or Mo-Sys).
Basic knowledge of video editing and post-production workflows (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Nuke, or similar).
Creative skills:

An eye for cinematography, framing, and lighting.
Experience with storytelling and creating visually appealing images.
Innovative thinking to make the most of green screen and virtual production techniques.

Software knowledge:
Advanced knowledge of Unreal Engine and virtual production pipelines.
Familiarity with compositing software and VFX tools such as Adobe After Effects, Nuke or Fusion.
Experience with video and audio interfaces such as Blackmagic Design, AJA or equivalents.

Soft skills:
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Flexibility and stress resistance to perform in a dynamic environment.
Solution-oriented and technically skilled in tackling challenges during productions.

Other requirements:
Willingness to learn and keep up to date with new technologies and tools within virtual production.
Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
