At the Open Filmteam, participants learn by making films in teams. We do this with amateurs, professionals and everything in between. We make short films and give workshops. With a hands-on approach, we learn and create together on professional sets. Our mission is to tell stories that touch and connect people.

You are a HBO/WO student in a field such as film, media, communication, business administration, or a similar study.
You have a passion for film production and are a real organizer.
You are enterprising, take initiative and keep an overview.
You are good at planning and are stress-resistant.
You work in a structured manner and are solution-oriented.
You have an affinity with storytelling and the creative sector.
You are willing to work occasionally on a weekend day.

Job requirements / profile
As a Production intern, you will work closely with our team on the organization and execution of film projects. You will have a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in setting up a feature film and new initiatives. Your tasks may include:

Production planning: Drawing up and monitoring production schedules, budgets and project schedules.
Location management: Organizing film locations and coordinating shooting days.
Casting and crew: Assist in recruiting and coordinating cast and crew.
Logistics: Ensuring the right materials, equipment and facilities during productions.
On-set support: Directing production tasks during shooting days and solving practical problems.
Developing new projects: Thinking about and supporting the start-up of new film projects.

You will be given plenty of room to work independently and contribute your own creative ideas.
