For the short film Den Doodendraad we are looking for an enthusiastic voice actor with a good command of the Flemish dialect who can make our film more authentic!


The Wire of Death is a short film about the life of Farmer Jacob, a man of the period who, like many others, had to deal with the effects of the Wire of Death. An advanced electronic border barrier between the Netherlands and Belgium during the First World War.

What do we offer?
Due to the low budget nature, we unfortunately cannot offer more than an expense allowance. You will have the opportunity to work in a professional ADR studio as well as the experience of voice acting for a socially and historically relevant film that is only becoming more relevant in the current light.

With the film in an advanced stage we are looking for a voice actor who can make the current non-Belgian voice from the film more authentic during an ADR session in a professional studio in Amsterdam. The scene includes a tense moment between Farmer Jacob and a starving Belgian.

Region North Holland/Randstad is a plus!
A rough, lived-in voice that has a good command of the Flemish accent is a requirement.
