About GROM Productions

GROM Productions is an independent Dutch production company founded in 2022, dedicated to producing a wide range of projects. Founders Sacha Gertsik and Steven Rubinstein Malamud strive to create productions that challenge societal and industry norms. In everything we do, we actively seek to collaborate with a diverse team: from directors and writers to other talent, both in front of and behind the camera. Who are you?
- You like films and series and are interested in the audiovisual industry
- You have a proactive attitude and work accurately
- You have strong communication skills and can work independently.
- You speak and write good Dutch and English
- You are available at least 3 days a week

Job requirements / profile
What are you going to do?

As an intern at our office, you'll have the opportunity to see firsthand how films and series are made – from concept to final product. You'll support the team with:
- reading and discussing film plans and scripts
- research for films and series
- research and prepare festival and subsidy schemes
- support production and shooting days
- administrative and organizational tasks
