Have you always wanted to be in a show? This is your chance! For the production Living Apartment Together, Kaaitheater is looking for extras, body doubles of actors on film.

Living Apartment Together consists of a pre-recorded film, projected life-size onto the side wall of an apartment building. Spectators will be able to peek inside five apartments, where stories gradually unfold. It is also theatrical: each extra will portray a character from the film live, in a role without text and with simple actions. Stage experience is NOT required. The extra must physically resemble an actor, but need not be an exact lookalike.

The first (online) introduction will take place in mid-August, followed by an (online) Q&A and feedback session two weeks before the first performance. You must be present in person from September 2nd to 7th for costume fittings, rehearsals, and the performances. You will receive a volunteer allowance for the dress rehearsal and all performance days. Snacks and drinks will also be provided backstage.

What do we offer?
A volunteer allowance of +- 40€ for the dress rehearsal (1 day) + the 4 performance days
