Crew Call – Short Film Timeslip (Amsterdam)

We are currently assembling a crew for the short sci-fi film Timeslip, shooting in Amsterdam in November 2025. This is a professional project with a passion-driven crew and a small budget. And with a planned festival release and potential as a pilot for a series.

Description
We already have Director, Producer, DoP, Editor, Composer, and a few other key roles confirmed, and are looking for talented collaborators in the following positions:

Production Coordinator – location managing, on-set logistics, schedules, floor management, and crew support.

BTS - videographer, creating a professional BTS film of the production.

Content Creator – working with our Social Media Manager on PR content, Set Photography and on-set videos.

Set Designer – to dress and style locations (no building).

Art Director – lead visual look of sets and props.

Art Department Assistant – support handling, prepping, and dressing.

Wardrobe Supervisor – manages and sources costumes, manages costume continuity on set.

Wardrobe Designer – design+create WWII + contemporary looks.

Hair & Make-up / SFX – lead hair/make-up for actors + small SFX details.

Hair & Make-up / SFX Assistant – support MUH lead.

Color Grader – post-production visual polish and final grading.

Graphic Designer (Poster) – design key art/poster for marketing and festival submissions.

Sound Design & Mixer – dialogue cleanup, room tone blending, background noise cleanup, mixing
