Casting Call – Magnolia (short film)

We are looking for actors for the Dutch short film Magnolia.

Logline
Magnolia tells the story of Carmen, a middle-aged woman struggling with her strained relationship with her daughter Luna. After a long period of silence, Carmen tries repeatedly to reconnect, but without success. The pressure mounts when she discovers Luna will soon be leaving for England to study. Determined to save their bond, Carmen does everything she can. Meanwhile, she is tormented by oppressive dreams at night, in which a magnolia and a mysterious room in her house keep recurring—ominously linked to her nightmares.

Location: Filming will take place in Amsterdam and Almere.
