We’re producing a short, heartfelt film set during the Christmas season. The story follows Lotte, who is writing holiday postcards for her friends. As she pauses over one card, she realizes she hasn’t really spoken to that person in a long time - and decides not to send it. The film touches upon the reflective side of the holiday season, upon relationships, and the small realizations that make us pause and feel grateful.

The shoot takes place in The Hague on the 1st of November, only one day, with a rather small, enthusiastic team.

What do we offer?
All expenses — including travel, catering — will be covered. While this is a passion project with a limited budget, a modest additional compensation may also be provided.

We’re looking for someone who can take on a hybrid role as both Production Assistant and Script Supervisor. The script is brief, with only a few lines of dialogue, but continuity matters, especially with a series of postcards that play a role in the story.

Responsibilities include:
- Monitoring continuity
- Keeping an eye on the shooting schedule
- Running errands or handling quick problem-solving if needed
- Assisting in pre-production with props, scheduling, and organizing documents

Job requirements / profile
We're looking for someone with on-set experience, including script supervising, and a genuine love for the Christmas season!
