“DAMIAN” is a raw, intimate crime drama about a boy caught between family and temptation, good and evil. When Damian (22) gets drawn into a world of street crime to help his mother and brother, he ends up in a spiral of violence, guilt, and moral choices that slowly cost him his humanity.
The film is set in South Rotterdam, in a realistic style with an emphasis on silence, tension and emotional authenticity.

Description
For the lead role of Damian (22), we're looking for a male actor between 20 and 25 years old, preferably of half-Moroccan, half-Dutch descent. Damian is a young man living between two worlds—family and street, peace and chaos. Calm on the outside, but burning inside. His gaze speaks louder than his words. We're looking for someone with genuine presence, deep emotion, and authenticity. You don't have to be an experienced actor, but you must be able to act with authenticity: raw, honest, and unadorned. A slight Moroccan accent or a natural urban accent is a plus—not a caricature, but genuine. More important than perfect speech is feeling what you're saying. We're looking for an actor who excels in silence, physical tension, and subtle acting—someone who dares to reveal what others hide. A role for the daring. For someone who doesn't play Damian, but becomes him.
