We are a successful and award-winning team that regularly produces short films. Our films have been viewed millions of times, and we have a network of over 1,000 actors and crew members eager to get back to work. For our new series of short films, we are looking for production people who want to play a key role in realizing these projects. The films will be developed based on the ideas and expertise of the selected producers: you can be the driving force behind a new concept, either alone or with others.

Description
We're looking for production professionals who enjoy organizing and planning: executive producers, production managers, line producers, production assistants, and creative producers. You'll be responsible for budgets, schedules, managing cast and crew, and coordinating all practical matters. Experience isn't required—motivation and a willingness to learn are key. Collaboration is key, and we'll support you wherever needed.

Job requirements / profile
You'll manage budgets and schedules, organize shooting days, arrange crew and locations, and oversee the entire process. You'll liaise with directors, screenwriters, and other team members to ensure everything runs smoothly. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. Experience is a plus, but you can also learn on the job with support from experienced colleagues.
