You have
Proven experience as an acting/casting coach (screen focus preferred).
Strong grasp of on-camera technique and cold-reading methods.
Excellent communication; calm, organized, collaborative.
Comfortable coaching children and maintaining best-practice set etiquette.

Job requirements / profile
What you’ll do
Lead warm-ups (breath/focus), quick emotion/tempo drills.
Coach cold readings; guide short re-takes to keep performances consistent.
Keep the room flowing: timekeeping, call order, and note-taking structure.
Support chemistry reads and on-camera clarity/beat work when needed.
Create a safe, supportive space—incl. working respectfully with child actors (5–9).

Language requirements
English (NL is a plus)
