For a fictional film, we are looking for actors aged 18 and older who identify with the logline below and want to collaborate on a meaningful film project.

Logline
When a depressed young Brazilian man becomes intensely homesick for his homeland, he tries to rediscover himself by traveling solo back to Brazil. He decides to return during Carnival. However, his girlfriend sabotages his departure, afraid of losing him. His longing for "home" clashes with her fear of abandonment, bringing their relationship to a breaking point.

Characters
1. Luan — Protagonist (From 18 max 22)
Luan struggles with depression, homesickness, and unresolved trauma surrounding his adoption and the loss of his mother. His inner conflict forms the core of the story. He tries to choose between his love for Sanne and his desire to return to his homeland to find himself. His love for Sanne is not normal, but as a viewer, you constantly sense that Luan is carrying pain, that home is increasingly taking over from his love for Sanne, in the form of absence, watching images from the past, and being stuck in his own head.

2. Sanne — Emotional antagonist/partner (From 18 max 22)
Sanne is Luan's girlfriend. She loves him deeply and is afraid of losing him. Out of this fear, she tries to prevent his departure, which unintentionally creates pressure and conflict. She's not a "bad guy," but she does represent an emotional counterforce that hinders Luan's development. She truly adores Luan, and this is clear; she clings to her partner and constantly tries to get his attention, until the moment it turns from love to a fight, which backfires.

3. Maria — Secondary character (ages 40 and up)
Maria is Luan's biological mother. She appears in several moments of weakness for Luan, when he experiences intense homesickness and at the end, when they reunite. Her role is emotionally and symbolically crucial. The unexpected encounter provides an emotional conclusion to years of pain and allows for the restoration of identity. She is a supporting character with a profound impact.
