As a Creative Producer at VideoBird, you're the bridge between client and creative. One week you'll be on set for several days, the next you'll be busy preparing projects or streamlining processes. No two weeks are the same, and that's exactly what you love.

You'll effortlessly switch between different clients and sectors: from healthcare to technology, from labor market communications to B2B marketing. You'll oversee productions ranging from video, photography, and podcasts to animation, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both the client and the team.

You're organized, enjoy clear communication, and know how to guide creatives (sometimes we need that). At the same time, you're also a team player. Someone who not only gets the job done but also makes time for a good conversation over lunch, at the bar, or during a film night.

You bring with you:

- You live in (the region of) Amsterdam
- You have a driver's license
- Minimum 3 years of experience in creative (content) productions

No requirements, but nice:

Have experience with productions in B2B marketing, labor market communication or business events
Have you ever picked up a camera or microphone yourself?
Have a preference for film or storytelling in the broadest sense

What are you going to do?

- You translate customer wishes into concrete actions for our production and post-production team.
- You are a project manager for returning customers such as Praxis and Nationale Nederlanden
- You support the planning of our in-house team of creators (video, audio, design)
- You will be joining us as a first assistant during live streams
