Job requirements / profile
DOP / Director of Photography
Demonstrable experience as a DOP/camera operator (feature film, shorts, commercials or equivalent).
Strong sense of visual storytelling (emotion, tension, power relations).
Knowledge of lighting, lens choice, camera movement and set workflow.
Can work efficiently within low-budget conditions (smart planning, minimal setups, maximum impact).
Good communication and collaboration with direction, AD, production design and sound.
Available for preparation (look-references, tests) and shooting days.
Advantage: experience with RAW workflows, LUT/monitoring, DIT basic knowledge.

Script Supervisor

Job requirements
Very good at organization, overview and detail (continuity is your superpower).
Stress-resistant and communicative: you dare to mention things in a timely manner without disrupting the set.
Understanding film set processes: takes, coverage, eyelines, action matching.
Can take notes quickly and works in a structured manner (digital or paper).
Good command of Dutch and/or English (set communication).
Pre: experience with feature film/shorts as a script supervisor, assistant director, or with an editing background.
