We're currently enthusiastically preparing for the short film "Boemerang." This project is part of the NPO Talent Campus, a talent development program run by the public broadcaster, in collaboration with the NTR. Although we're working with a small budget, we hope to find an enthusiastic group of people with a passion for film who would enjoy bringing this unique story to life with us.

The story :
Boemerang, written and directed by Salma Chafouk Idrissi, highlights a crucial social issue: the "hard cut" in youth care. We follow Ezra, who, on her 18th birthday, is forced to leave her familiar surroundings and the close bond with her care provider. The film depicts the unique and complex bond between care provider and young person.

Description
We are looking for:

-8 young people (aged 13-18) for scenes in the youth institution.
Shooting dates: March 17 & 18 or March 19/20, 2026.
We need some young people for the first two days of shooting on March 17 & 18, and a few young people for one day of shooting on March 19 or 20.

-6 matures (between 23-40 years old) for scenes in the mature institution.
Shooting dates: March 19 or 20, 2026.

-2 supervisors (aged 30-40) who want to fulfill the role of care provider in the youth institution.
Shooting dates: March 17 or 18, 2026.

-2 men (ages 35-50) for the scene at Ezra's mother's house.
Shooting date: March 17 or 18, 2026.
