Dear Sir/Madam,
For the graduation film 'Meat or Fish' from the Netherlands Film Academy, we are looking for children (7–13 years old) who would like to be extras on a film set.

The film is being made in collaboration with broadcaster HUMAN, and will be broadcast on NPO 3 in the autumn of 2026.
Description

We're making a coming-of-age film set at an athletics camp. The film is about an eighteen-year-old boy struggling with the realization that he has pedophilic feelings. By following the perspective of a young adult struggling with shame, morality, and isolation, we want to contribute to prevention and awareness around this issue.

We offer travel reimbursement and, above all, a unique, fun, and educational experience on a film set. However, since this is a student production, we unfortunately cannot offer further reimbursement due to budget constraints.

•⁠ The children we are looking for only play extras and are not part of this theme.
•⁠ There is no question of transgressive behavior within the scenes with the children.
•⁠ ⁠⁠We work in a professional, safe setting with childcare professionals.
•⁠ ⁠⁠Participation is only possible with written permission from parents/guardians, who will be fully informed in advance.
