To be deployed as a training actor during reporting conversations with confidential counselors, you will receive information during this workshop about what you should be able to offer in the conversation.

A number of training institutes already work with training actors so that participants can practice once in the final phase of the training.

Confidential counselors who want to practice before taking a practical exam (assessment with an actor) often use an actor.

It's helpful to know which skills should be demonstrated during such a notification meeting. This also allows you to provide feedback during and after the meeting, tailored to the learning objective.

We'll work in small groups. First, a brief theoretical discussion, and then each actor will practice a short conversation.
