Job requirements / profile
As a Creative Producer, you'll be the linchpin of our productions. From initial idea to final delivery, you'll be there. You'll produce online video content from start to finish. You'll brainstorm with clients and translate ideas into strong concepts. You'll monitor the schedule, budget, and quality. On-site, you'll ensure everything runs smoothly. In post-production, you'll be a critical thinker and elevate the final result to the next level. You'll surprise clients with content that truly makes an impact. You'll also work with the team to keep the office organized and running smoothly, fulfilling the role of Office Manager.
You ensure that creativity and organization come together perfectly, both in our productions and behind the scenes.

▸ You have a love for film and storytelling

▸ You have good communication skills and planning is second nature to you
▸ You have knowledge of the video production process; from pre-production and shooting to post-production and delivery
▸ Relevant education? Nice to have, but not essential.
▸ You are available at least 32 hours per week
