My name is Sam Sibarani, filmmaker and student at HKU. Alongside my studies, I am currently producing my own project: a short film inspired by the poem The Quiet World by Jeffrey McDaniel.

The story depicts a world where people have recently been able to speak only 142 words per day. The film is a visual narrative of a series of short moments in which you see various characters answer the question “who or what are your words worth?” in different ways through their actions. For Saturday, March 26, we are still looking for a child who would like to appear as an extra, possibly accompanied by one of their parents or grandparents.

What do we offer?
A pleasant working atmosphere and a fun way to gain more experience! Since this is a self-funded project, the only reimbursement for travel is available.
