I'm getting quite busy with my freelance media business Paradox Productions and I could really use some help with montages: setting edits up, assistant editing, first selections, reformatting, some light after effects work.

What do we offer?
I can offer:
- €35 per hour ex. btw
- A guarantee of at least 20 hours a month (after the trial days)
- Working on fun montage and video projects and possibility in month or 2 to pitch montages for clients.
- Feedback moments and Collaboration to improve your montage skills and instincts.
- An occasional spot to work from at my studio in Volkshotel Broedplaats together with friendly colleagues

Therefore I'm looking for a starting freelance filmmaker, content creator or video editor, with affinity for or familiar with the LGBTQ Community, to help me out with montages.

Job requirements / profile
I'm looking for:
- Someone familiar with Adobe Premiere Pro and knows basic Adobe After Effects
- Someone familiar or ok with learning to do subtitles
- Someone available between 5-10 hours a week (also ok to spread out over several days)
- Someone living in or close to Amsterdam
- Someone from the LGBTQ+ community or ally. A lot of the montages will contain Rainbow community content and you need to feel comfortable working with it.
