The plot of this film focuses primarily on the theme of friendship and is about Max, an eleven-year-old boy who is surprised by the sudden reunion with Tim, a peer with whom he had a very close bond a few years ago. Tim has moved away, causing the friendship to fade. But contrary to what Max had hoped, seeing Tim again does not (initially) lead to a restoration of good contact. Tim succumbs to peer pressure from other children, who reject Max.

The film will be less than fifteen minutes long, and the intention is for it to be filmed entirely at a few locations in the same neighborhood.

Description
As a production assistant, you play a key role on filming days. Because the director has thoroughly reviewed the script and storyboard with you, as well as what is expected of the cast and crew, you are able to give them directions without getting in the director's way, but rather helping them. This way, the director doesn't have to do too much themselves, and an atmosphere is created that feels more professional for everyone.

Both the crew and the cast should receive instructions, but in the latter case, take care not to give directions that influence the way the role in question is played. After all, such directions are the work of the director.

Job requirements / profile
You are well able to remember the instructions you have received from the director and act upon them appropriately on the filming days, which essentially amounts to good leadership.

You are also well-equipped to strongly align with the director's vision and wishes on shooting days, even when you are sometimes inclined to rate their quality much lower than he does. Any advice given must demonstrate, through your communication style, an awareness that it is merely a suggestion. Furthermore, it is your task to ensure an atmosphere where other crew members operate in the same manner. This increases the likelihood that people will trust the director's abilities and the smooth running of the shoot.
