We are currently looking for several crew members to join the production of the independent feature film Faces, written and directed by Oswald Hunter.

Faces is a character-driven drama about identity, perception, love, and the fragile connection between who we are and how we are seen.

Shoot Details;

Production equipment: Provided by the production

Preference will be given to Netherlands-based crew members.

Active students and recently graduated students from film academies are very welcome to apply. This can be a great opportunity to gain practical on-set experience on a feature film production.

Description
We Are Looking For

Steadicam Spotter / Camera Assistant
Someone who can support the camera operator during movement, especially when the operator is walking backwards or working with stabilised camera movement. This role is important for safety, awareness, and smooth camera operation.

1st Assistant Camera / Focus Puller
Someone who can assist the camera department and pull focus during scenes. Experience with focus pulling is preferred, especially when working with moving actors and camera movement.

Sound Recordist / Boom Operator
Someone who can operate the boom and support on-set sound recording during scenes. This includes helping ensure that dialogue is captured clearly and that microphones are properly placed and monitored.

Lighting Technician / Lighting Assistant
Someone who can support the setup and breakdown of lighting equipment, assist with positioning lights, stands, modifiers, cables, and general lighting department tasks.

Behind-the-Scenes Videographer
Someone who can capture behind-the-scenes footage during the shoot, including cast, crew, setup moments, rehearsals, atmosphere, and production process material for future promotional use.

Crew will be working with equipment owned by the production. We are looking for reliable, respectful, hands-on people who enjoy working in a focused but collaborative independent film environment.

Experience is welcome, but attitude, reliability, and willingness to work as part of a team are just as important.
