In 2002 I established 'Urban Connection', a company that developed (music, film and art) empowerment modules for people, especially young people at a disadvantage. Urban Connection also connected urban youth to the mainstream entertainment industry.
Later I started “Rijkaard Lifestyle”, a company that specialized in acquiring and designing unique & modern interior, fashion accessories and interior stylist for individuals and companies.
In 2017 I restarted and brought everything that I had learned in the past years together “Urban Connection Lab” was born a multifaceted company that's represent, advice and coordinate young talent in the field of; fashion, interior, film, music and art. I am also developing my own Fashion & Interior brand.


I am a member of the Screening Committee at Diversity in Cannes and Coordinator Short Films and Talent at DBUFF- “Da Bounce Urban Film Festival” in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
