My name is Victoria Schillemans. As a video producer, I have
extensive experience supporting directors with
Commercial videos and short films. I manage budgets,
rule crew, locations, props, call sheets and
shooting schedules, and assist with assembly if necessary.
Maintain an overview, solve problems quickly, and ensure that
Turning everything is my specialty!

I also feel responsible for the atmosphere at the
workplace – when people feel comfortable in their own skin, they do their
best work and they have more fun.
