I'm a Canadian filmmaker (raised in Portugal) with specialty in sound, alongside writing and directing. During my studies at the Willem de Kooning Academie, I have developed my passion for telling intimate stories in larger-than-life settings, often rooted in the present day. In 2025 I released the fiction short films Pilgrim Again and Acadia, shot in Rotterdam and Vancouver respectively. My aim is to continue directing films that will allow me to explore everything under the sun, while continuing to develop as a sound artist/engineer.
