There is a factory defect - the bottom part of the touch screen does not work, which is a common problem with BMPC. Video - (https://youtu.be/LaJLWCeH9Fw). It does not affect the camera's functionality, all parameters can be changed through the phone application. The only thing that cannot be done is formatting the SSD disk. (I always prepare the disk before shooting on a computer, so it didn't cause me much discomfort). The camera is located in the Netherlands and can be shipped to Ukraine or other EU countries.
